Troubleshooting: Can't Receive CashSender Email

If you are having problems receiving emails from CashSender, it means your email spam filter or ISP has blocked our email from reaching you.

We suggest you follow these steps:

Step 1: Check your spam/junk folder. If you find CashSender email there, mark it as "Not Spam" so that future emails from CashSender are less likely to be filtered as spam.

Step 2: Whitelist our email address with your PC's email client (Outlook Express, Outlook) by simply adding our email address to your address book, and then send an empty email to

Step 3: Whitelist our email address with your ISP. Each ISP has its own method to accomplish this task and you may need to ask your ISP for instructions. In some cases, simply adding the email address to your online address book will solve the problem. We have prepared this list of instructions on how to whitelist our email address with several popular email providers and spam filters.

NOTE: If the above steps do not resolve the problem, it means your ISP is falsely identifying our emails as spam at a top level and is blocking them from reaching your inbox. You will need to ask your ISP to whitelist and the domain.
